The Tribute in Lights memorial in Manhattan to remember those that were lost during the tragic events of September 11th. This image was shot on September 11, 2015 from Dumbo, Brooklyn.

"I started out taking a trip to Italy. It was my first time in Europe and I decided to buy a new camera with a long lens. Well that was the beginning of my photographic journey. I couldn't put the camera down! I loved taking the photos, looking at them in my computer, cropping them, playing with colors and tones, until the vision on the screen looked the way I saw it (and sometimes the way I would like to see it!). I came home, quickly upgraded my camera to a fancier DSLR and began learning everything I could! Years later and I am still learning and loving it just as much...maybe even more.
